
SIGN WAIVER DISCLOSURE
Kidozland Waiver
I understand that indoor play involves inherent risks, and I assume full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all party attendees, including children and adults. Kidozland staff will assist in facilitating the event but will not be responsible for direct supervision of children during the party.
By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Facility Rules & Safety Guidelines
Socks-only policy: All guests must remove shoes and wear socks before entering the play area. If a guest forgets socks, they may be purchased for $3.00 per pair (added to the party host’s balance).
No outside supervision is provided—parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times.
Food & drink policy:
Outside food and drinks are allowed but must be NUT-FREE. Food and drinks may only be consumed in designated areas (lobby/café). No warming or cooling appliances (e.g., crockpots, ice chests, etc.) are permitted. A small cooler for beverages is allowed.No glass containers of any kind.Children must wash or sanitize hands after eating and before re-entering play areas.Any misconduct (including but not limited to rough play, vandalism, or disrespect toward staff) may result in session termination without refund. Kidozland is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
2. Liability Waiver & Release
I acknowledge that participation in a play facility involves risks of minor injuries, falls, or accidents. I waive, release, and discharge Kidozland, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from injuries, loss, or damage sustained during the event. I assume full responsibility for ensuring all my guests comply with the facility’s policies. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Kidozland staff to provide basic first aid and/or call emergency medical services if needed. Any medical expenses incurred will be my responsibility. It is the booking host's obligation to inform their guests of any pertinent information regarding play, safety, and usage of the space. The booking host also agrees to be responsible for all of their guests during the event. Any noncompliance of guests will be addressed directly with the host.
Kidozland Party Agreement & Waiver
This Party Agreement is between Kidozland and the undersigned individual ("Party Host"). By completing this document, I acknowledge that I am the primary contact responsible for booking a private party at Kidozland and agree to comply with all facility policies and procedures.

1. Party Booking & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the party date, which will be applied to the total balance.
$80 non-refundable deposit due upon booking to hold the date.
Remainder balance is due 24 hours prior to the party date.
Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the party.
Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance; however, party deposits are non-refundable.
Party guests must not exceed 40 (includes children & adults). Additional guests may result in extra charges.

Hosts are given 30 minutes prior to the party start time for setup.
All parties must end at the pre-arranged time. Guests must vacate the space on time.
Party hosts are responsible for cleaning up their food, drinks, and decorations except for premium package.
Excessive messes, spills, or damages may result in additional charges, authorized to the payment method on file.
4. Decorations & Conduct
Decorations must be pre-approved by Kidozland. Host can bring in their own decoration if needed.
No glitter, confetti, sparklers, or bubble machines are allowed.
Any misconduct (including but not limited to rough play, vandalism, or disrespect toward staff) may result in party termination without refund.
Kidozland is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

By submitting a party reservation payment, the host agrees to all of KIDOZLAND Party Guidelines. It is the party host's obligation to inform their guests of any pertinent information regarding play, safety, and usage of the space. The party host also agrees to be responsible for all of their guests during the event. Any noncompliance of guests will be addressed directly with the host.
