  • 1. How sanitized is the play area?

    Your child’s health and safety are our top priority! Our studio is thoroughly sanitized before and after each session, using child-safe, hospital-grade disinfectants. High-touch surfaces and play items are cleaned multiple times throughout the day.

  • 2.What’s the time limit for open play?

    Each open play session is limited to 2 hours. This helps us manage crowd levels, maintain cleanliness, and give all children a chance to enjoy the space comfortably.

  • 3. Is it a no-shoe zone?

    Yes! We are a no-shoe facility to keep the play area clean and safe. Socks are mandatory for both children and adults. Forgot socks? Don’t worry—we have some available for purchase.

  • 4. Can we bring outside snacks?

    Yes, you may bring your own snacks. However:

    All snacks must be nut-free to protect children with allergies

    Food can only be eaten in the designated snack area, not in the play zones

  • 5. Can I drop off my child for a session?

    At this time, drop-offs are not allowed. A parent or guardian must be present during all sessions.we have seating space for parent/gaurdians.

  • 6.Do I need to sign a waiver?

    Yes, all guests are required to sign a waiver before participating in any activities. This ensures you understand and accept our safety and participation policies. You can sign digitally during booking or on-site at check-in.

Kidozland – Terms, Conditions & Policies

Thank you for choosing Kidozland! To ensure a smooth and positive experience for all families, we ask that you review and adhere to the following policies:

1. Payment Policy

All sessions (including Open Play, Small Group Programs, and Special Events) must be fully paid in advance to secure your spot.

Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Walk-ins are not guaranteed entry and are subject to availability.

2. Late Payment Policy

Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the original issue date.

A $10 late fee will be added to any unpaid balance after 7 days.

If payment is not received within 14 days, any scheduled sessions will be automatically forfeited, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

3. No-Show & Absence Policy

If a child misses a scheduled session, no refunds or exchanges will be issued, including cases due to illness.

For birthday parties only, rescheduling is allowed (once) due to sickness or emergency, based on availability.

4. Cancellation Policy

Kidozland reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any session, event, or booking at our discretion for operational or safety reasons.

In such cases, clients will be notified in advance and offered an alternative option or refund where applicable.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases and bookings are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be granted if Kidozland initiates a cancellation and an alternative option is not possible.

By attending or registering for any Kidozland programs or services, you agree to these terms. Your cooperation helps us maintain a joyful and safe environment for all families!
